A pity that you do not mention raw zero carbohydrate, which is 
[u]the[/u] proven way when all else fails.
Since rzc best supports immune system function, I would bet that this is 
the actual paleolithic diet that made the disease-free bones possible.

Your page is presently support for the carbohydrate-addicted. So much 
for GCBC.
