Here is a recipe for a GF BBQ Sauce for Memorial Day. 

 

Awesome BBQ Sauce

1 cup tomato paste

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup pineapple or lemon juice

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup gluten-free Worcestershire sauce 

(Lea and Perrins made in U.S. is GF read label)

1/4 cup water

1 medium finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic

1/4 teaspoon celery powder 

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Turmeric

5 drops Hot Sauce or dash Cayenne Pepper

1 roasted Pablano pepper ( optional)

 

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a heavy, medium sized sauce pan. Bring to a boil
and simmer on low for about 10 minutes. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
Brush on meats or veggies and BBQ
