The West End Gluten Intolerance Group of Richmond VA will meet on March 3rd at 7PM at Trinity U. Methodist Church, 

903 Forest Avenue, Richmond, VA 23229 



TWEGIG is partnering with Whole Foods Short Pump to provide an interesting, delicious evening! 







Chef Lee Tobin will give a demo, "Gluten-Free Italiano" with tasting at our TWEGIG meeting.  Whole Foods Short Pump is donating the ingredients for the demo! 



Lee is the founder, and in management of the Whole Foods Gluten-Free Bakehouse in Morrisville, NC. In October 2004, Lee started this first in the nation gluten-free dedicated bakehouse, which nowadays supplies all the GF baked goods to all the Whole Foods across the nation! 



On Saturday, March 5th . Whole Foods, Short Pump, wholefoods market.com/stores/ shortpump /  will provide a gluten-free event, with tours, tastings, and presentation by Lee Tobin. 



TWEGIG has been asked to provide an informational booth for all those shoppers interested in gluten intolerance.
