I got my first electric shaver an 18. that might be an option. There is also Nair, but wou;ld only use that as a very last resort. If you don't want him to have facial hair at all, go to a dermatologist and see what options are available. Again, I'm not being facetious, but I'm saying shaving is one of the curses of getting older.
