hello all, one of my good friends just bbought the new wouxun ht and the recieve light keeps blinking.  I have not notest this with mind but I am almost totally blind.  (Grin)  it seems to only happen when the dual recieve is turned on.  anyone have any ideas or reasons of why this is happenning?
