does anyone have or know where I can get a simple brake down of the different bands and there beginning and end frequencies?  I'm refering to the U.S. ham band 
Privileges.  I have a friend who is studying for his license next month and I would like to review the different bands so I might help him with it.  It has been a while sense I've been on the lower bands and I need to review for myself also.
