I'm not sure if this is true. In the vs1 there was a mod where you
could jump a couple pins on the chip and it would speed upIt just kept
same pitch and it just talked about twice as fast. I know we're talking
about different boards, but I still think it could be done, just like
you can speed up voices on the stream or book sense. I personally can't
stand the higher pitch, so just stick with normal slow speed. That mod
on the 440 board was sure cool though.
