hi again tom, if you don't get any results from the folks go to mike 
grubber w1mg at arrl and he will contact the folks and make them 
aware of their violation with respect to the fcc rules and the 
liability they face if it continues.  but be sure you mention that 
the noise could be a prelude to a possible fire.  most people won't 
want to take a chance with fire.  take care, c u 73 mike
