Hi Lou and Others,

I have done this and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I often
get a message that says book error or media error. I wonder if this might
mean I need newer firmware? How do I get and install the latest firmware?

Thanks again all and very 73.

Kevin,

If you have a recent enough firmware update, press and hold the play
button. That will put you in bookshelf mode and you can move through the
list with the fast forward and rewind buttons on either side of play.
pressing and holding it again toggles it off. It's a great player in my
opinion. Lou WA3MIX
