Buddy:

Well, as you know, I'm fighting a real noise issue here at the house too, 
and like you, my noise started right before Thanksgiving, which makes me 
think my problem is also holiday or at least winter-related.  Unlike you, 
though, my noise is limited to 10 meters, and I just pleasantly discovered 
the other day that the noise blanker on my TS590 eliminates most of it if I 
use noise blanker 2.

Anyway, people have given me lots of tips on my issue, some of which I've 
tried, others of which I've not yet had the time to try, so hopefully, you 
can recall some of what was suggested.

The best strategy would be to first eliminate the possibility of something 
in your house.  It seems like you already have done much of that, but you 
might try the strategy of turning circuit-breakers off one at a time to see 
if the noise goes away.  If you think you've eliminated something in the 
house as a source, then it's time to employ a radio receiver, and walk 
around your neighborhood to see if you can pin-point the source that way.
