Word is usually contained within Microsoft Office, but if you need to look
for it, the way I look for things I can't normal find is:

1. go to my start menu.
2. Hit S until I hear search.

3. Tab over to the button that says search all files.

4. Then tab to all or part of the file name and then type in Word or MS
word.

5. Tab over to the search button and then hit the space bar.

After a few seconds, you can tab over to the search results and arrow down
to where it says Word. You then might want to press your applications key
and pin it to your start menu so you will have access to it whenever you
need it. Of course I am using Windows XPS. If you are using 7 it might be
different.
