Thank you so much for the sanity check. I appreciate your taking the
time to respond. Howard and a few others have also given me feedback and
suggestions, all of which I appreciate. It's great to have this list for
this kind of problem-solving. The one thing I have noticed is that I have
the problem with the contest logs, but I don't think I've experienced it
with the general AC Logger. So, maybe that would give Scott a clue.
I may not have a chance for a couple of days to try some other
screen-readers, or to just use the N3FJP-XYL wave files without one, but,
when I do, I'll certainly get back to the list with my findings. And, if I
have anything of value to pass on to Scott, I'll do that, too.
Hope you enjoy the rest of the summer and get in a little more
camping.

I am a Jaws user, and have experienced exactly this same problem with many
of the N3FJP programs.
I have asked Scott Davis about it, and he is at a loss for an explanation.
I have tried the various solutions you have suggested, with no luck either.
If you or anyone succeed in solving this issue, please let us all know
because, as you say, it can be a bit of a pain when in the heat of a
contest.
