Is there anyone going to the ACB convention in Reno who could check my drop 
in charger to see if it is charging?  As far as I know, I am doing it right, 
but my battery packs don't seem to stay charged.  I want to know if it is 
old battery packs, or a defective drop in charger.  Thanks and 73.
