Hi Anthony, I have one made by Oregon Scientific that talks.  I fits on your 
wrist.  I took it to the doctors and checked it against his and it was right 
on.  Go to Google and type in Oregon Scientific Talking Heart Monitor and 
then get in to the Amazon site.  The have several different kinds and are 
eligible for free shipping.
