Yep, I did some testing, and voltage is very very critical.  Also, both 
of my tw one meeters read low on ten.  On the ifr service monitor I'm 
running around 98 watts at 12.6 volts.  I measure voltage right at the 
rig, if  you reach over the top, left is positivwe ancdd right is 
ground.  I just stick the pointed probes in the ba ck of the power cord.
