I'm not sure how this works, but I notice that when you press the Windows
key to open the main search box, the results are in groups, with programs in
one, e-mail messages in another, etc. But I haven't worked enough with your
specific problem to know how to do it. Perhaps if you start up Windows
Explorer, go to the Documents library and then try ctrl-F or Windows-F, you
can narrow your search in a different way.
I'm happy with Windows 7 and Window-Eyes, and if anyone wants some pointers,
let me know.
