honestly, I don't get used or radioshack jumpers, I always either go to 
reputable sources, or make my own with spare coax I have around that I know 
I bought new. I was given some used stuff a long time ago and it was fine 
but not knowing how old it was or anything, I threw it all out when I moved 
so it wouldn't get mixed with what I knew was good.
