Eric,

You can fix that by opening the document in Word and saving it as a real 
Word document, after which you can import it into Duxbury.  Note that by 
saving it, I don't mean just renaming it with a .DOC extension.  That won't 
give you the internal headers Duxbury needs to see it as a real Word 
document.
