How can any of us get a hold of this program or file discussing here?

Will that make programming the radio easier than using the programming
software?

Yeah, the only way to do this, as far as I'm aware, is with the =
software. You *should* be able to accomplish this with the cmommand line =
software I sent you, it's one of the yes's in the rightmost columns. My =
file has channels 122-128 programmed with the weather channels all =
locked out from scan.=20
