I use to work on all kinds of stuff when I ran a radio shop.  I had a 
truker bring in a cd amp once and he said it kept blowing fuses so he put 
in a quarter inch bolt.  It was one of those tube jobs that used an 
inverter for plate voltage.  Needless to say the only thing that wasn't 
smoked in that puppy was the bolt. <smile>
