Hi Steve,

The seven pin din for remote is next to the speaker and key jacks. Good
luck and enjoy that new rig. Very 73.

Subject: TS-590 question

The UPS truck passed by yesterday, leaving in it's wake a TS-590. I've
only played with it a little bit so far, but I'm pretty sure I'm going
to love this thing.

The rear panel seems pretty straight forward , except for the 2 din
jacks: 13 pin acc 2, and 7 pin for amp control. Which is which? I
don't want to do the trial and error thing. Also, since these are the
same size as what is on the rear of the TS-2000, I hope my existing
cables will work. Can anyone confirm this before I spend the time
doing a pin out comparison between the 2 radios?

73, Steve KW3A
