The only announcement I have seen is the forth-coming Elecraft KX3, an 
all mode rig designed for mobile/portable use.

In keeping with the K2 and K3, this one will be available in 10 watt 
and 100 watt models.

No word on accessibility, of course.

It is scheduled for release in late in 2011.
