Hi, all.
Well, I made a meager effort at the CQ WPX contest this week-end, with a
blistering 100 QSO's.
I knew I wasn't going to be able to do much because of other commitments, so
only spent about 3 hours or so on the effort.
What was noteworthy to me, though, and perhaps the good news, is that 10
meters was finally open in my part of the world to Europe and South America,
and 15 meters was in beautiful shape--the best I've seen it for a number of
years.
So, here's hoping that the solar cycle is slowly taking off.
P.S. I heard Steve (KW3A) work a G5O in England, and I worked him right
after that, so, Steve, I know you were out there. (smile)
