Hi, all.

I was just helping Junior out with a TMV71A question, and discovered a very
strange problem with my TMV71A manual.

The manual is an MHT file, which means it has links to the various sections
that you simply click on to get the needed info.

When I access the .mht file using my thumb drive, all of the links work
perfectly, and I have no trouble at all.

However, when I try to access the .mht file from the hard drive of this
laptop, the internet connection for the manual doesn't initiate, and I keep
getting returned to the file list for the folder in which the manual is
stored.

I have tried re-copying and pasting the file into the folder on the hard
drive, but, still, no joy.

I suspect this is some sort of a Windows issue, but I am hoping it is not
considered to be too "off topic", since it's involving denied access to a
rig manual.

Thanks, and 73 from Tom behler: KB8TYJ
