I can't find my documentation on this,
but basically, you have to go in to your router setup, go to advanced, and 
open port forwarding for two ports.  I thought I could easily find the 
details on\
http://www.echolink.org  but I didn't.

I guess it's down to rtfm, or do a web search for the problem.
I can't tell you how to access your router, because I don't know what it is.
