I have to share this - the recipe for Cinnamon rolls linked below is really,
really good.
Notes: I used half the brown sugar in the filling (kept the cinnamon the same as
the recipe, just less sugar), and used half the icing - half was plenty. The
rolls were delicious, and the dough is very interesting - lots of fun and
produces a great result. The recipe doesn't give you a pan size - I used an 8
inch square pan - threw in a large piece of parchment, edges draping over, and
plonked down the 8 rolls 1/2 inch apart on the paper. Came out perfect.
