Hi Tom,

WSJT or (weak signal communication by k1jt) is a suite of programs to 
facilitate digital communication via meteor scatter and eme on the vhf & uhf 
bands.

The fact that software is able to decode signals several db below the 
receiver noise floor has made it possible for small to average size stations 
to complete moonbounce qso's.  I think stations with around 100 watts and 
say a 9 element yagi have made qso's with some of the multi yagi stations 
via the moon.
