Recently I was reading about a small-press book that was published with 
spruce seeds embedded in the paper of the cover and how one of the 
purchasers was concerned when they had been out in the rain and 
subsequently the book sprouted. The thought was that they would bury it 
in their back yard once they got through reading it.
