Goeff makes a lot of statements that have no relationship to the proposed
rule (NOT legislation).  The fact that cooking creates trace amounts of
trans fats has nothing to do with the rule.  All the rule does is stop
processors from ADDING processed trans fats to products they sell.  If you
prefer to let the corporations set policy, be my guest.
