Just want to share that one of our listmates recommends putting the mashed cauliflower pulp in a cotton (not terry) cloth (I'd think cheese cloth would work, too), and squishing out excess liquid, so that it comes out more like bread.  The photograph I saw of the cauliflower bread looked like pizza.  Someone else mentioned that some kid won a contest by making pizza crust out of cauliflower, and i'm betting that that recipe would be good for it.

I've got a head of cauliflower in the frig, ready to go.
