I just got this from the Washington National's front office:

I wanted to get back to you and let you know that I talked w/ one of our
concession  managers this morning. They told me that next year we will have
a gluten-free cart behind both the left and right field foul poles. Also, he
told me they offered gluten-free sausages in addition to the pretzels and
beer; we're looking into getting more options as well for 2011.
