Gluten Free Food  Expo Saturday, February 19th from 11AM to 4PM at the South 
Florida Fairgrounds,  9067 Southern Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 
In an effort to  increase the awareness and diagnosis of Celiac Disease, 
and therefore the demand  and availability of gluten-free foods, the Celiac 
Disease Foundation (CDF)  presents our 4th annual Gluten Free Food Expo on 
Saturday, February 19th, 2011  at the South Florida Fairgrounds, 9067  Southern 
Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL  from 11AM  to 4PM. Admission  is FREE...with 
plenty of FREE parking.   
Phyllis Kessler, President  of CDF expects this to be the major event of 
the year....there is nothing like  it in the entire state of Florida. We 
expect over 3,000 people to  attend.
