With the popularity of the paleo diet slowing increasing, it is 
motivating me to dust off web pages that have languished for the past decade.

One such page is my Kitchen Equipment FAQ. It was a text file that I 
wrote some 10 years ago. A few months ago I converted to HTML, then

I have tried to make it informative. It is guaranteed that one will 
learn something from the page. I certainly learned a lot when I was 
creating it. It will especially appeal to gadget freaks.

As always I desire to make it better and better. Hence I am asking
