Hi Jacob,
You asked about "Win home 64-bit", but there are a few of those:
Windows Vista Home Basic 64 bit
Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Assuming you mean Win 7 HP - 64bit ,below are some options:
If you bought your Win 7 Home premium from Microsoft, you can (re)-download the 64 bit copy via your account.
You can also get it here http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-58997.iso (Win 7 Home premium w. SP1 updated )
This is a legal and safe download , but you have to supply your own keycode - if not, it will expire after 30 days.
(Can be "re-armed" for a total of 3 months.
Use a DVD ,not a CD as you wrote.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Reinstall
I'd like to reinstall Win home 64-bit, but do not have a cd. Is there a free and safe option?
Sincerely,
