Chris, you might try turning up the sound volume.  To do this go into setti=
ngs and look for sound.  I tghink it is between wifi and brightness.  Make =
sure the sound volume is turned up.  Also, you may want to check the switch=
 on the side of your phone and be sure it is in the up position.
