Now that is an idea . I am on the first floor. My magmount is a tri-band.
I bought it for the TH-F6a but am now using it on 440 only.

Just thinking. Is your mag mount dual band or 440 only? What floor are you
on in this condo? Also it would be pretty easy to make a wire center fed
dipole and duct tape it to the siding or just on the ouutside of a window.
Might be worth trying.
