oh ok, so this 132 foot antenna is something you want to change into a 
better performing NVIS antenna.
makes sence.
not sure what your set up is, but if you could get that 132 foot antenna say 
10, or 15 feet off the ground, it'll respond like an NVIS antenna better 
than it does now.
that and in a horizontal flat top configuration instead of an inverted V.
You could also try a sloaper style NVIS antenna from say 15 feet up the 
tower out to about 10 feet at the other end...and just cut it for about 66 
feet...feed one  end and use the tower as the ground side...your tuner 
should do the rest.
there are allot of possibilities here.
