can anyone please help me? first, when i press in on the volume controls, i hear a high pitch beep and a low pitch beep, what does this mean for each beep? this is on the tmv71a radio i didn't know this before. second, 

after i go to the test server of echolink , after i make my test transmition test, it doesn't come back to me. people can't hear me on the net. what to adjust and how , to do so.
