Junior,

You have to set one up, and you have several choices.  You can use one of 
the two PF keys on the front of the radio, or you can use one of the four PF 
keys on the mic.  Menu items 507 and 508 control assignment of the two keys 
on the front of the radio, and menus 509-512 control the ones on the mic.  I 
use the button nearest the volume controls, and I've also assigned the third 
button from the top on the mic.  I've assigned the bottom button on the mic 
as the Enter key, which you have to do if you want to use the DTMF pad to 
enter frequencies directly.
