Hi Michael,
There used to be a program called Digitalk written by Skip Teller the same 
guy who wrote digipan.

I understand though it only works with Windows 98.

I hear it does not work with Windows XP.

I too have been interested in pursuing psk31 and am not sure that any of the 
current programs are exactly blind accessible.

I also understand that perhaps you have to dedicate one sound card to this 
mode and the other to Jaws or Window-Eyes.

Maybe there is someone on the list who is more knowledgeable on the subject.

This has come up before, however.
