You might want to go to icanworkthisthing.com and get a nice copy in 
text format.    You will probably get a pdf from Kenwood.  The guys who 
posted the tex file did a nice job of cleaning it up.   There are also a 
few other files there, including a quick start guide and a key chart 
that I still reference after 9 years of ownership of a 2k.   These 
things were done by a couple of guys from this list several years ago, 
and they did a great job.
