Hi Colin: 

Just wanted an answer to my question is all. LOL I don't mind the fact that my amp delivers 950 on 40M with 65 of drive but its just on like 3-500Zs to deliver that kind of power with that amount of drive. 
Course, this 950 is in the CW/tune position even though I operate on SSB with this amp, so I'm probably not even beating it too much.  Mostly reduced to 800.
