These judgements are based on the palaeo standard, but considering the research that went into The Optimal Diet and the results obtained, I want to read the book and assess it after that. Kristina pointed to a website:

Kwasniewski’s Optimal Diet appears to be similar to the recommendations by Barry Groves in “Trick and Treat” and “Natural Health and Weight Loss”:

Like Groves, Kwasniewski recommends foods that are recognized as culturally acceptable, readily available and traditional in his own country.
