I agree wholeheartedly with your comments about access.
You shouldn't have to spend tons of money to make a radio or some other
gadget accessible.
My first computer was an Apple Two with an Echo speech board.
I remember the computer was over $2,000.
The only things it could do well was run a Braille translation software
program and maybe a few games.
I think Apple is trying its best with accessibility with its Voice Over
system.
Then there are the free screen reader programs mentioned in a previous post.
