Yes, I have narrator, but it is very limited in scope and not very good 
speech quality.  I have never used it for anything except when we had to in 
order to make some repairs on Jaws.  But I may try that when I get back from 
my trip.  And yes, I did try reinstalling Jaws, but it didn't solve the 
problem.
