I think that's why most people recommend getting the model of the ts2000 
with the 1296 module already installed.  It's cheaper than getting it put in 
later.
Just curious, what frequencies does the module cover? i know it says 1296, 
but the 1.2GHZ ham band is allot bigger than that.
