Tom, the full ultra light is reported to work on 160.  It will handle legal 
limit.  I don't know how much power you get out of your al-600.  Certainly 
not 600 watts DC.  If the 8x is working in Co, it will probably work in Mi. 
You're not running full duty cycle, unless you are going digital or trying 
AM phone.  Others might know more on this topic.  I am assuming you want to 
run 160/6 meters?
