Thanks for your response, even if it is six months late. I was beginning to
think Zeer was all smoke and mirrors. By the way, you might like to know
that it is NOT easy to recover a password. I tried several times and never
got a response. I will pass your response on to my nation-wide Celiac List
Serve friends that have become involved in helping me cancel my membership.
They are a great bunch and share information for free, with no strings
attached.

Hi Maureen,

We have canceled your subscription and refunded all payments made after your
request below.

Please note that you should have been able to cancel at any time.  As it
says in the Help section of our website:

There are no fees associated with canceling. Just log in and click on the My
<http://www.zeer.com/settings/Settings.htm>  Account link that appears at
the top of any page. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations go into affect during the
NEXT billing cycle, that means that if you cancel on day 15 of your 30-day
monthly subscription to Zeer Select, you will have access to Zeer Select for
the remaining 15 days at which point your Zeer Select subscription will
expire, and your card will not be charged.

It is also very easy to recover a lost password to Zeer.  Just click the
login button on the upper right of the home page, and on the right hand side
of the next page you will see the box labeled "Forgot your password?"
