This being a project of Twybil's office he would be able to tell you... 
but I think he is out of country right now.

Battery Park is at the end of Manhattan. Easy to get lost. The area was 
flooded during the storm.

I was down there yesterday at the Skyscraper Museum and the water came 
up to their door. We may be doing a small project w/ the museum in the 
future... more later on that.
