I agree.
how does some minimum wage kid at radio shack know what is accessible and 
better for someone without sight?
even a thinking, half way intelligent person wouldn't necesarily know what 
is more accessible.
perhaps he thought because the buttons are slightly bigger on the table top 
model that it would be physically easier...if your not blind, or around a 
blind person all the time, you really have no clue what the word 
"accessibility" or "accessible" means.
you probably had to explain what a scanner was and what you were looking for 
in the first place...red flag right there.
